The SC team operates offices out of downtown Chicago and Boulder with satellite offices in NY and LA.

The Client Solutions Team is designed to support the Silver Chalice revenue goals by implementing and enforcing a simple and efficient process that provides the sales team with advertising solutions that are aligned, researched, vetted, and fulfilled all while having a clear understanding of the client's objectives, expectations and vision of a successful partnership with Silver Chalice.


The Media Planner, known as the Client Solutions Team Coordinator is responsible for managing the workflow between sales, programming, production and the client with a primary focus on the pre-sale elements of the sales process.  This includes media planning, research, concept development and presentation preparation.

Silver Chalice seeks a self-starter who is creative, diligent and detail oriented with the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally in a professional manner.  Candidates that can show experience embracing change in a fast-paced digital environment is a must.  Previous experience with building presentations with writing and graphic design skills are a plus.


Work closely with the Silver Chalice sales team to identify prospective client's objectives
Conduct Silver Chalice audience research to identify strengths to align with client objectives
Collaborate with internal departments to develop advertising solutions
Create proposals and media plans to present advertising solutions
Aid in the advertising campaign activation process where necessary including monitoring campaign delivery, ensuring optimization is implemented and client expectations are met


A minimum of 2 years relevant marketing and/or sales experience
Ability to identify design consistency in presentation materials
Experience writing client-facing presentation materials
Demonstrated knowledge of digital ad technology
Experience building digital media plans across multiple channels with various ad placements
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point
Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and work independently or collaboratively
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Polished and professional demeanor
Teamwork and interpersonal skills a must
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
Attention to detail
Comfort and experience with a fast-paced working environment
